Take Luna and her family – five pigs who eat fruit, protein, and hay every day. Just their food adds up to around €500 a month, roughly €100 per pig.
Archie, our donkey, needs about €70 a month in protein and €250 in hay.
Petunia, at her age, needs alfalfa as a supplement – around €25 a month just for that.
And Merlin, given his health needs, comes with some of the highest veterinary costs of all — around €150 a month.
